We travel to hospitals, assisted living and retirement facilities, homes, offices, commercial businesses, vacation rentals, coffee shops, and even jails. By Washington State law RCW 42.45.130, If a document you want notarized does not have notarial verbiage included, then a notarial certificate must be added to that document. And there are certain things a notary is prohibited from doing such as choosing for you or giving advice to you regarding the type of notarization or notarial certificate you may need - (FYI, you can read more about that here: RCW 42.45.230).
